Return requests must be submitted by emailing us at contact@shopinhouse.com or by filling out the form on the “Customer Service” page. We will review your request and get back to you as quickly as possible.

After your return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

Once a refund has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation via email. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 days to post the refund to your original form of payment.
